Hazardous area require the use of acoustic signals for warning or information purposes. The Double sounder SS16 have been designed

for use in indoor / outdoor /hazardous environment.

The aluminum housing is made to the IP66 degree of protection and may be used indoors or outdoors. Explosion protection class enables the unlimited use of the signaling device in all hazardous areas, zones 1 and 2.

The SS16 is protected against corrosion, and fulfills the requirements of contact safety class I, II. An equipotential bonding is not required.

All outer fastening parts are manufactured in noncorrosive materials. The device is available in  various patterns and operating voltages.
